La Salle Senior Enters Regional Poetry Out Loud Competition

Nelson Millwood ’17 will be competing in the Regional Poetry Out Loud Competition January 31, 2017! After taking 2nd place as a Junior in La Salle Academy English Department’s Poetry Out Loud Competition in April 2016, Millwood moves on to the Regional Poetry Out Loud Competition at the end of this month. He will be performing at the SUNY Global Center in Manhattan on January 31st at 6:00pm. If Nelson wins at the Regional Finals, he goes on to the State finals on March 10th. La Salle wishes him all the best in his performance.
