Cardinal Readiness Program
The Cardinal Readiness Program allows incoming freshmen to ease into the transition of high school. Through a series of faculty-led courses, students will receive instruction in English, Math, Study Skills, and participate in recreational activities.

English
Students will focus on the fundamental ELA skills of reading, writing, speaking, and listening through the use of short stories, poems, and more. Additionally, students will receive assistance in the schoolwide required summer reading assignments.
Math
Building upon existing math skills, students will continue practicing graphing, factoring, and solving operations, in preparation for Algebra.
Study Skills
This course will allow students to strengthen their study habits and time management. Students will also explore the school’s technology and campus resources.
