Dear Friends of La Salle Academy,

The 74 men in our Class of 2020 certainly had an unprecedented senior year. In fact, it is now July and they have not had their graduation ceremony yet! One unusual aspect of this class is the presence of co-valedictorians. Accolades to Elijah Perez-Mendez and Steven Dumeng, who will continue their studies at Fairfield University and Boston College, respectively. One thing that is not out of the ordinary for La Salle Academy, however, is the fact that every member of the class has been accepted to college. Visit our website to learn where our most recent alumni plan to enroll in the fall.

Recent graduate, Raymond Roy, said, “La Salle has given me the opportunity to explore my hobbies, broaden my perspective of life, and form friendships that I would not have been able to otherwise.” Raymond is pictured here at far right with some of the friends he made during his time as a La Salle Academy student. He will matriculate to CUNY Baruch College this fall.

Our graduates have been embraced, educated and empowered. They are preparing to assume leadership roles among “we the people of the United States of America.” May the ideals that weave through our country’s founding documents energize their dreams and permeate their commitment to the common good.

We need 36 more donors by the end of the day to reach our goal of 74, in honor of the number of men in La Salle’s Class of 2020. A gift of any magnitude is welcome. Text LSAEMPOWERS to 41444 or click here. Thanks to those who have already contributed!

Blessings as we observe this subdued Fourth of July holiday.

Sincerely,

Brother Thomas P. Casey, FSC
President

P.S. Please ask five of your friends to consider a gift of $5.00 today! All they have to do is text LSAEMPOWERS to 41444.
