After arriving safely late Wednesday night, the Varsity basketball team started their Thursday with a service project at WOW, a lsa-miami-2community residential center for disabled adults. While there, the team demonstrated several basic skills before teaching some of the patients how to dribble and shoot. The team did a short intrasquad scrimmage before La Salle’s student-athletes served as coaches for their scrimmage. It was a tremendous experience as the La Salle young men truly embraced their roles and exhibited tremendous enthusiasm. This was the first and biggest win of the day!
